Universal Operation
The Universal Encoder II is the cutting edge solution for modern data acquisition. This encoder will initiate, fire, trigger or monitor any seismic source, and pass these events to any seismic recording system. It uses GPS information for unmatched timing precision. For hybrid crews, multiple UE-IIs can be used to synchronize multiple recording systems.
Adaptive Communication
When paired with Force III vibrator decoders or Boom Box III dynamite blasters, UE-II encoders use an intelligent, highly adaptive communication sequencing mechanism to avoid collisions while maintaining fast and accurate status and command delivery over conventional VHF or digital radios.
UE II Vibrator Modes:
-
Conventional Linear and Boosted Sweeps
-
Slip Sweep (Shell)
-
HFVS (ExxonMobil)
