What is ESP Moplant?
THe ESP Moplant is a complete product used to determine the butter fat content and total solids in milk and dairy products applying the principles of the Mojonnier process.
The weight analytical extraction method, due to its high accuracy (better than 0.02%), is still the obvious resource for science, research and reference. This method is considered to be far more accurate than any other.
With standard laboratory equipments, it takes a long time to perform tests according to the well known extraction method. With the improved ESP Moplant, all the necessary steps - dissolving, extracting, centrifuging, pouring off, evaporating, drying, cooling, and weighing, can be performed in one place within reach. The ESP Moplant is explosion proof and saves time. It takes only 80 minutes to perform all tests.
The ESP Moplant is available in a single and double model. The double model has two hotplates, two vacuum ovens and two cooling chambers. The single model has one of each.
